YAY! I am out!
I am out now! Ya, I know I am jobless now, why should I cheer? I also don’t know, but I am just so happy.
Do I hate my job? I don’t know. 10 months ago when I announced that I found a job, I was so so so excited, without knowing what I had signed up for. Hahaha!
And today, I am so relieved that I am out of it finally. Yes, today is my last working day here, and tomorrow I will be a lady of leisure again. I will be back to blogging more often. I will spend more time with my kids. I will be back to baking and cooking. I will read my piled up books.
And of course, I will still work. I still need to get enough money, so that I could still give to my parents, and to help relieve DH too. Pray that whatever plan I have now will work for me.

Is a good start, should be Happy & I am Happy for you too.
Hi Suzette,
I have been a silent reader of your blog. Shy to comment but I have a common thought like you. If I don’t work, I can’t pay my parents and relieve my hubby off some burdens.
I lost my job too during last year recession but was very blessed to found another in 1 month time.
I guess mothers works all the time, bet it in office or just at home
I Know the feeling of getting out of a job that you don’t like. I wish I could be like my dog and hide in a dog crate! But Im not sure that would work.
Yay! you are out!! happy for u, already tweet lei foo hoi
hope that all your future plans will go smoothly lah!
Good to hear you’re starting a new chapter in your life. But from what you’ve plan for this chapter, dont expect to be a ‘lady of leisure’
All the best!

Welcome to the ‘Club”
I remember when i left my job (which i hated), I was so nervous but at the same time felt an amazing sense of relief!
I want to be like you one day. I hope I have the courage and financial backing and no regrets, then.
Ponytail: Thanks for commenting here… sorry it took me so long to reply. Although have been ‘out’ for more than 3 weeks, have been crazily involved in some work to complete. Hahaha! You are right, we can’t just be not working at all! Anyway, am still searching for other jobs…
Peggy/ Pei Wek/ Silversword/xjion/ Geok Hong/ Jane: Thanks for the note. Yes, sense of relief. Leaving a job that I hate, so to speak. I hope whatever I sign up later would be something that I would love.
Haruki: Actually financially, I don’t think I can do this without a job, so to speak. I have some options for freelancing work now, so technically speaking, I am still working, but from home. I am still looking for full-time employment, and probably will get something soon…
