My mom’s car – bad internal injury
Well, this actually happened 2 weeks ago. Hmm… not sure why I didn’t blog about it…
At 7am, mom called me to tell me that she hit her car very badly. DH went over to take a look, while I prepare the kids for school.
Apparently, she has lost control of her car, hit onto the concrete barrier of neighbor’s house. Her car was badly damaged from down-under, all the way affecting the car’s engine, chassis, etc.
I spent the whole day, running with the tow truck to the police station, and to the service center. We had to send to Perodua service center, because the damage is very bad, and since claiming insurance better do it properly. My 55% NCB gone (the car is purchased under my name).
After the adjuster came by, I saw the list – WOW! A really looooong list of things to be replaced. All the way including engine wire, engine mounting, bumper, lights, tyres, rims, etc. The chassis also bent, but that cannot be changed – can only be knocked.
With those kind of impact, I am surprised that my mom was okay. Thank God for saving her life!!
