Update on Isabel’s Birthday
Okay, finally have the time to take some photos and update this… have promised sister to do this, and it is 1 week late!!!
Here is a photo of the cakes we used for the night. The very rich chocolate cake is the Hilton cake that my friends brought. It was purchased under the 25-promotions, at RM25 only!! It was very delicious, full of chocolate flavor!
At the back is the Strawberry Mousse Delight that I baked. It is actually layered cake – sponge cake with strawberry mousse…
And here are the presents that Isabel received. My mom (through me) gave her a Hello Kitty refrigerator set, I bought her a cooking set, and DH (through me) bought a book. My friend gave her the handbag and pencil case.
As my usual practice, I also bought something for Ian, so he won’t feel left out:
His favorite Ben10. He has been asking for a watch, and this is even better than his own birthday presents. Well, honestly I didn’t buy anything for him – all that I gave him were whatever available in the store room. Hahahahaha! So this is kind of compensating that.
