Ju: Glad that you learnt something in that workshop. :) You are not alone. I used to feel like that on and off. Not an easy journey, I would say, but worthy. :)

hi, i gained a lot from your breastfeeding workshop last saturday.. so happy to meet u in person. :)
Sometimes, I feel like want to give up as:
- I am so tie up with my elder toddler (1.5 years old) - too jealous, naughty
- mother-in-law anti-breastfeeding
- stress in working
But I feel so happy & excited & encourage to continue my breastfeeding after seeing so many people want to breastfeed.
I will try my best to give the best to my baby..
Thanks Suzette

siti: Thanks for dropping by and left and comment. :) To answer your questions:
1. To my best knowledge, all the plastic liners are for 1 time usage, so you need to dispose after used.
2. Freezer, if it is separate door from the chiller, can store milk for 6 months. If it is just a compartment of 1 door fridge, then you will need to upgrade, or just keep for 2 weeks. I use the normal 2 door fridge. You don't need a standalone freezer, unless you aim to keep your milk for 12 months. Most of us don't have that much of stock (although I had once kept 2000 oz frozen milk, occupying my own, my MIL's and my mother's freezers!).
Hope this helps.

hi suzette

been following your blog for a few months now, and reading your blog has strengthen my will to exclusively breastfeed my baby (coming in august)

however , just want to ask;

1. for milk storage, can we reuse the plastic liner or it is just one-time off only?

2. i have read that the freezer (compartment of refrigerator) can store milk for only 2 weeks. does this mean i have to get a new fridge or freezer? what kind of fridge do you have? i thought i want to start pumping 2 weeks after delivery, so that i have enough stock before i start working, but with this statement, it seems impossible to do that.

kindly advise
thanks a lot
