Household Drill Saved Boy’s Life

Published by suzette at 9:51 pm under All,Book

Read about this in BBC that a doctor in Australia saved a boy’s life with a household drill, by drilling holes in his skulls to release blood pressure.

This reminds me of Tess Gerritsen’s Gravity. In this book, there was a scene where Dr Ema Watson’s husband (ahem! Somewhat I remember her name but not her hub’s) did just the same but couldn’t save a trauma patient’s life because it was done too late. And he did the same again on Dr Watson and saved her.

So, this is not just fiction. Gerritsen, I love your books!

Ya, true. But House or Tess Gerritsen, they are fiction – story only mah. Hahahaha! That’s my mind set, when I watched or read the books. Now tell me that they are not just picked from the sky. LOL!
