OK, Change is good
Received this email, which was promoting their motivational course. It is about a mind intensive seminar, and the subject is about CHANGE.
It is a long email, but somehow it attracted me (usually I delete before even read past the second line). It was like talking to me, answering my recent crisis. This para particularly touches my heart:
…Therefore, utilize every change as a gift. Whenever change occurs, ask yourself “how can I use this change to my benefit?” If you lose your job, know that a new and better opportunity awaits you. If you lose a relationship, know that a new and better relationship awaits you…
(Success Resource)
Well, the fact of losing my job has already sunk in, and I am not that emotional now. I think what this email says is right. Should take advantage of change, instead of licking my wound and be bitter about it. I think I will be doing fine in this, if DH and family are giving me the support I need!! ![]()

I totally agree!
All these unpleasant events can be a blessing in disguise…
U’ll be fine, my friend
I am sure your husband and family will support you…
All the best!
You’re right… If one door was closed for you, there are another nine doors will be opened, the problem is we only see the closed door, and forget the others.
Yiwen: I hope so! Thanks for the encouragements.
beckysmum: Hehehe, I am actually hoping for MIL to support me for a potential job that requires a lot of travel - perhaps half of the year I will be away. Without their full support, I can’t do that. Sigh! Current job is just so nice that I am so dreadful to think of having to travel a lot or to work hard again. :p Too complacent!
nizhama: Hmm… that is true. We often whine about the lost, but never look around for better opp. Even in relationships, when one turn sour, usually there are many good guys around! Hahaha! Yup, I should cheer up, and I should be optimistic now.
you’ll be fine… and i think u are all well now.
