Join the Global Breastfeeding Challenge 2008
Moo-moos out there! Here is the latest happening around breastfeeding community!!
The Breastfeeding Challenge this year has become Global! If you are a nursing mom, please join the world to breastfeed your baby in this year’s Global Breastfeeding Challenge 2008.
Breastfeeding moms around the world will gather and breastfeed on October 11th at 11am local time.
They encourage nursing moms to set up own sites and register with them. Sites can vary from 1 or 2 mothers to hundreds, and every child counts. You can check here, to find a site near you. If there isn’t, simply register one today.
It costs nothing to set up a site, and it can be very fun if you can find one or two other nursing friends to breastfeed together, maybe just in your house? If you want this to be your private group, remember to put it down at the Event Note, so other nursing moms know they are not invited. :p But come to think of it, isn’t it great to meet other nursing mom this way and provide support to each other?
