Running out of posts, still sick

Published by suzette at 9:13 pm under All,Miscellaneous

My backup posts are running out, and I am still not fit to write. Sob, sob, sob…

Still coughing. But better now, at least with the strong medication I am able to sleep though still not enough. Thanks for the concerns. :)

I went to work yesterday as my MC ran out, but my boss sent me home. She said I might be contagious. LOL! Good then, I rested at home (worked from home) yesterday and today.

When there was nothing coming in, I took a nap. At least could catch up with a little bit rest.

Guess what I needed most is rest and sleep. I found out in the past, these are the best medication. Without them, nothing works.

Guess my condition is so bad, mainly because the first 2 days of sick fell on weekend, where there is NO ‘Sick Leave for Mommy’ available, and I still have to take care of them – no rest. If it happened on weekdays, they’d be in school and MIL’s house, and I can take sick leave from the office to rest at home. THAT is the main difference.

So, after all, I think it is still good to be a working mom. SAHM or WAHM cannot take leave from their kids. :D

Get well soon and rest more, ok? My children’s fever has just gone away but they are still having cough. For the past 2 weeks, I didn’t really visit blogs and missed all your posts.
