Two Little Girls in Blue
Written by Mary Higgins Clark, Two Little Girls in Blue is another entertaining novel that I’ve completed reading just after New Year.

It is not the best or top 10 of her thrillers, but it is entertaining enough. I read the audiobook version when I was driving. The story focuses on the telepathic twins. It takes on a lot of the miraculous telepathic ability between the twins, like trying to make you believe in that. If you do (or hope it is true), then you probably would like the story. If you completely can’t buy that idea, then this is not a book for you.
The story goes this way: 3 years old twins Kelly and Kathy were kidnapped on their birthday night, with a ransom note asking for 8 million dollars. Their parents do not have the money, so the challenges are to meet that random demand, and to rescue the twins. The very critical part that holds your breath and got your nerves hanging is the fact that – Kathy has a cold and has the history of getting pneumonia and is in the verge of dying.
The less interesting part about this story is, apart from the master mind who planned the kidnap, we know the rest of the bad guys. No mystery about them.
I’d give this book a rating of 3. Interesting and entertaining enough, but not a great thriller that one must not miss. If you have twins, you might want to read it?
Rating: ***

hmm…seems like this author has some interesting book, i might get one of her books these days.
aiyu: MHC is regarded as the Queen of Suspense, a lot of nice thrillers written. I’ve bought a few more. If you want you can take mine first unless you are the type who collect books. You can even borrow my audio books. Let me know and I’ll pass to DH to be passed on to charsiu.
I’m now reading another book by Jodi Picoult. It is a more interesting read, which I will share my view after completion later…
