Joining The Do-Follow Community
I’m lagging behind in this, for I have not been actively blogging for a while. Also, I have been busy with organizing workshop in the region since July, traveling quite a fair bit.
Now, trying to catch up with what’s happening, I realized that I am so much behind in this!!!
Alright, whilst I tried to manually removing the nofollow tag in the template, I found this great plug-in written by Lucia in her blog Big Buck Blogger.
I first found out her Kontera Control plugin in PayPerPost forum. She mentioned about revising her plugin to accommodate with the changes of PPP TOS. Out of curiosity and of course needs for such plugins, I went over to her blog and found this great Do-Follow plug in.
I now announce that if you leave comments in my blog, it follows your links! However, I did set some criteria of min 3 comments to get it counted, just to avoid spammers.
This plug-in is great, as it allows users to customize the number of comments to become do-follow, show comment counts, etc.
I like using plug-in instead of manually deleting the nofollow tag, coz if I change template (which I in the midst of doing so) I don’t have to remember all things I’ve done to my template!
