Have just reviewed my stock of frozen EBM (expressed breast milk). Here is what ‘remained’.
My house’s freezer:

It is empty now, used to be 100% filled up with frozen EBM, until I run out of space. This freezer is not for uncooked stuff. No meat, no fish, etc. allowed. Only later when Isabel started solid, I allowed some meats to be stored on the bottom left compartment, and the meats must be kept in air tight container, so the smell won’t contaminate the EBMs. Ah, in small quantity as well.

I introduced the sticker game for rewarding, training and disciplining my 3.5 yo son in October.
Soon after I introduced that, I extended it for another purpose. I drew a page of 48 grids (see the left page below), and used it to reward Ian for not wetting his bed.

There are many positions for babies in breastfeeding. I’m not going to write all them here. Only 2 things that I want to highlight in my post regarding this topic.
Key for ‘Correct’ Positioning
I never understood this until Lilian pointed out when I posted a question for my friend V on MMB (her baby refused to suckle). Whatever methods that you might want to adopt for breastfeeding, one thing that you must ensure is to have the baby’s head and stomach facing the same direction.

Okay, it reads like this:

Ever since Ian was born, I rarely have time for myself. Every day, my time is split into 2 –> day time is for my employer, night time is for my kids. They sleep at 8:30pm, so I am expected to sleep at 8:30pm. We wake up at 7am, and then we leave the house – they go to MIL’s house, I go to the office.
Last Friday and Monday I took leave, wanted to have time for myself. I used to try this on my past birthdays as much as possible. This year, as birthday fell on Sunday, I had to delay my ‘me time’.
Friday, I went to the saloon to perm my hair. I guess I must be looking awful after being a mom. I wanted a make over.
Spent a solid 6-hour time in the saloon. This perm is very funny. They curled my hair with rods, and then connected the rods on a machine which heats up the rods. I looked like an alien with a lot of tentacles.

The result was good. I’m not going to show here, but so far all positive remarks.
