I'll stick to Novel.... Experiences and you yourself help you at work; not books. Read and keep it in the head but don't use it is useless. If you do not use it then you do not experience it, still useless. Reading should be fun and relaxing. If you find those books fun then by all means.... if not you could be just stressing your brains to absorb things.... yawn…… I’ll stick to Novel….
