Finding Money
Ian always refuse to let DH and I go to work. I always have to explain to him that I need to go to work to ‘find money’ to ‘buy nen-nen (milk)’. Now I have another reason, to ‘find money’ to ‘let him play the king-kong-king-kong one‘.
Few days ago, at home, Ian ride on his tricycle…
Ian: “Bye-bye mama! I go to work now.”
Suz: “Bye-bye Ian.”
Ian: “I go to find money.”
- acting like finding something on the floor -
Ian: “Okay, I find money already! I got money now, can play king-kong-king-kong one already”
Wah! How good if work is so easy like that!
Oh, BTW, he also likes to say that “mama, you work in airport”, coz I travel a lot! So cute…

Hehe!! children are surely smart.. and take in every single word we say.. or any explanations that we give them..
it’s the same for Chloe..
she is really quick to pick things up now..
and knows how to repeat the same reasoning to us.. even after a few days..
Mama Bok: Ya, you are right. Actually he mimic us. We should say ‘earn’ money, but because of the chinese usually says 找钱, so we used the wrong term ‘find’ money, and we have mislead him!
Ian also likes to argue with us on things now. But I believe your Chloe is much better!
