Moist Chocolate Cake
This morning I tried baking a moist chocolate cake, upon Ian’s request.
After I’ve finished the dough, ready to pour into the mould, I tasted it on my finger tip.
Ouch! Salty!
Couldn’t believe it. Tasted again. Yes, VERY SALTY!
Double checked, I’ve used the salt instead of sugar in my ingredient! Failed!
4 or 5 years ago, I tried baking the same. I failed too. Reasons? After putting the cake pan into the oven, I accidentally switched on the grill. My dough was burnt within just 3 minutes. I didn’t even know it until my house was filled with smoke and my eyes were tearing!
Maid said I was too occupied with Ian. I disagree – I think I am simply too careless.
