Updates
Have been very quiet since last week, coz I was away for whole day meetings, and back only on Wed. But a lot of work to catch up, and don’t have the time to write at all!
Anyway, just some updates:
Last Thursday, finally managed to rush to the cinema and watched Chronicles of Narnia – first movie in two years time!
Job wise, I am clear now on what 3 jobs I will apply in the organization. The first choice would be my current role, and the other two choices would be marketing jobs though the chance is extremely slim (even my boss and her boss also said it).
They actually asked me to apply for a web based communication job, which is mainly doing editorial work on company news and broadcast it on the intranet. They think my chance of getting a job is higher, but I refused, coz it will lead me no where in the future. It will not enhance my CV and would be hard for me to look for other jobs.
I have decided, if I don’t get my current job, I don’t mind looking for jobs outside the organization. Basically, don’t hope for the marketing jobs (my boss told me that!).
As for the timing, decisions will only be announced on 1st day of CNY. So, I will have either a happy CNY or sad CNY. 
From 1 Feb onwards, if I don’t get a job, I will probably have 3 to 6 months continue looking for a job, internally and externally. I am not so worried now, looking at the timing.
Since I will be ‘officially’ lose my job in May (if 3 months) or Aug (if 6 months), by then my baby will be nearly or already born. It should be easier for me to look for a job outside.
Furthermore, I just went for an interview on Wed, which went well though they know I am pregnant. Though the job is not very interesting, it now gives me some boost of confidence. I am happier now.
And last upate is on my baby. I didn’t feel any baby movements and got myself panic for a while. My house scale is not very accurate, it shows no weight gain – made me even more scared.
But Wed check-up shows baby was perfectly well. And strange enough, that night itself I felt baby’s movement. 
What a relief. Everything is now back to normal (keep my finger crossed).

Happy to hear that everything going back normal..relax..if you happy your baby come out also will happy. “Dont worry be happy”. Last time i also quit my job then just realize i got pregnant so cannot get other job after that, but luckily it was my first pregnantcy so just stay at home wait baby out and i’ll be SAHM till now.
