EBM Ice Cream
At one point, I switched to use the ice cream Malaysia bag to store my expressed milk. One day, someone gave us 20 tubes of durian ice cream Malaysia. MIL placed it near to my EBM ice cream, and it is really hard to differentiate which is which. I was happily waiting for someone to accidentally take my EBM ice cream to eat. Hahaha – wicked me!
But it didn’t happen. So disappointed! :p
Durian = yellow.
Breast milk = yellow also???
jason: some durian quite whitish also. yes, breastmilk a little yellowish, not as yellow as durian lah. But when they both frozen, durian ice-cream a little greyish, so quite alike. If you put them really side by side can tell lah, if by itself maybe can cheat others.
Previously I made Milo icecream..without telling my nephew added EBM wan.. kekekee…
and hor..durian ice cream, nice meh?? so far never try b4…

msau: Durian ice cream – taste terrible. The texture spoilt when the freeze it. I think EBM ice cream tastes better. LOL!

Hi I am a new mom of a 5 week old son. I am exclusively breastfeeding now and would like to start expressing regularly fir dats when i am at work. I have bought the Ice Cream Bag Malaysia. Would just like to know if i’ll need to wash the bags before using them?
Any tips or advice would be grateful!
zoe: Actually the bags are not sterilled though it is food graded. However, none of us washed the bags, coz water can be more contaminated. I just open and use straight away.
Another point to note is: have you started introducing bottle to your baby? If not, you better start now, otherwise baby would reject bottle when you are at work. My first baby was okay coz I iintroduced early. My second one was terrible coz I only introduced after 2.5 months – she rejects bottle until now (19 mo). She can go starving for 24 hours when I’m traveling, and then only gives in but drink very little.
